Although I haven’t needed to make a claim, I have a pet insurance policy which has given me peace of mind. I dealt with them online and found the information on policies clearly explained and at a reasonable cost. They seem a very professional and helpful company. Caring, understanding and value for money

We changed our pet insurance over a year ago, in that time we have had a skin tag removal for our flattie and lost our elderly mog, Mrs B. On both occasions the customer service provided has been amazing, simple to understand and have left us feeling very reassured. Amazing Cover for The Price

I believe the cover we have received for the price of the policy is pretty amazing. To top it off, free video calls with a vet 24/7 is incredible, it really brings peace of mind knowing you have that help and support if you need it. I hope to continue my policy for many years to come if the price continues to be right. But I have no complaints, no claims needed to be made and touch wood it doesn't. Quality insurance

I signed up for this insurance as it was straight forward and gives a lifetime policy at a good price. Unlike other pet insurance who give a cheaper policy for younger and healthy pets that then quadruples in price as your pet ages or any health conditions are found. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

My almost 3yr Bulldog girl was diagnosed with idiopathic juvenile epilepsy at 14 months fortunately after researching I took out a lifetime policy for Lottie as a baby....BBM have consistently been by my side always supportive, courteous and extremely professional....
