buying pet insurance is a mine field these days and the only way to test 100% if the company does what it promises, is to actually claim. I've had a life time of fur babies and each one of them has had at some time had an accident or illness. Bought by many is the only insurer, in my expeirince, who make you feel as though they really care. When it comes to claims, they help you through the porocess as quickly and painlessly as possible. You are always greeted with a friendly voice and they know their stuff when it comes to questions. The policies are all in plain language, so you know exactly where you stand. no hidden small print - its all plain language. Oh and I nearly forgot the prices are the most compettive i have found - I have two pedigree cats and i am more than happy with the price I am paying. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

Great prices and helpful staff

Had to make a claim for my cat the staff were very helpful because I did not have all the details my claim forms were forwarded to the vets and they filled them in. The payment was in good time. Staff helpful and price of insurance was reasonable. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

I've had my policy for over a year covering 2 dog. I've had ro claim for both of them within a couple of weeks of each other. It was an easy process and both claims were settled relatively quickly. I took the policy with £0 excess and the premiums are great. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

They are very helpful and friendly when you need to make a claim with them my puppy has had to get tests and treatment throughout the COVID-19 pandemic and they have still been able to help and process my clam in a timely manner with everything going on Reviewed on: 7th August 2020
