Good, but too soon to be definitive ........

Alongside seeming good value, setting up the policy with Bought By Many was stress-free. However, since the policy has never been properly tested in terms of a claim (including, most importantly, customer service in the event of a difficulty or dispute), I cannot offer a definitive view about Bought By Many. Brilliant company

I was recommended by a friend after my dog suddenly fell ill last year and had to be put to sleep. When I got a new puppy, I wanted a good all round company that gave a great deal at a good price and that's exactly what I got. I was also massively impressed to find my renewal hadn't increased this year, in fact it had gone down and you don't see that very often. Absolute delight to deal with!

After only being with BBM for a few weeks I had to make a claim. My puppy ingested human medication and needed vet care. In the back of my mind I was concerned about the bill mounting up and the fact I had heard other companies could be a nightmare to deal with for trying to claim Money back. I needn't have worried. I submitted my claim and BBM were a delight to deal with. They contacted the vets directly and got all the information on my girls condition and approved her claim straight away and the money was in my account within a week. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better company to deal with at such a worrying time. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020
