quite expensive

‘Bought by many’ Staff have been caring and always give the personal touch in their endeavour to support me with my dog. Easy to claim, Reactive And quick responses in tandem with a policy that encompasses every eventuality - And guess what? I recently had to make a claim with Bought By Many. Having never made a claim before and having read horror stories with other insurance firms I was not looking forward to doing this, however, there was no need to worry, as the customer service and communication was excellent and my claim was dealt with within a matter of weeks. Could just concentrate on caring for my puppy

My puppy was knocked down in May. It was touch & go if she’d make it. But BBM just let me concentrate on caring for my puppy, not worrying about paperwork, or making a claim difficult. They dealt with my vet and everything was both smooth & stress free. Yes you have to have the insurance in the first place & I've had lots of JRT’s all living long healthy lives but Mané was the first to be insured. It saved her life & made an otherwise unbearable situation have light at the end of tunnel. I can’t praise them enough. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

When we brought Benson home one of the first things we thought about was pet insurance. Bought By Many where recommended to us and I have to say they are a professional outfit with a quality service. We have had to claim once when Benson cut his paw and the claim was dealt with no problem, exactly how they say it will be in their literature. Would highly recommend this company and that is from someone whose business is heavily customer focused. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

When our dog had to have treatment, they sorted everything out, we didnt have ro pay a penny. Our annual renewal didnt seem to go up either. Making a claim was easy to do online. Very happy customer Reviewed on: 7th August 2020
