Only good experiences with customer services - wait times have been longer on the phone though. Pricing seems to go up more than expected but we don't want to go elsewhere, so we manipulate the coverage to bring the cost down. Reviewed on: 1st October 2024

Their customer service is amazing, calls are answered quickly and they are very helpful when it comes to queries, they don’t overload you with information or use jargon that doesn’t make sense. They make understanding your insurance easy and stress free, I have already recommended them to friends and family.
