Amazing Customer Service

Many Pets have been fantastic with us and our rescue dog. We cannot fault the service that we have had. Claims are dealt with quickly and the information that they give customers is fantastic. Fantastic value, excellent service

easy claim process

Needed to claim for one of my cats and it was so easy. The telephone advisor was really informative and helpful and easy online claim form. I was kept informed through the process and payment was quick especially as it was post-lockdown. It has been so simple to submit follow up claims for the same condition. Amazing service at a brilliant order ce!

I have had a number of policies with other pets over the years, nothing compares to BBM! They update you every step of the way, their claims system is so easy to navigate and their customer service is honestly second to none!
