Amazing Customer Service

Many Pets have been fantastic with us and our rescue dog. We cannot fault the service that we have had. Claims are dealt with quickly and the information that they give customers is fantastic. So far so good

Easy to use website, showed all costs and easily edited to suit what I required. Not needed to claim so cannot comment on that aspect but have been happy with the cover I was offered compared to other companies. My brother also works in insurance and recommended them! Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Easy and affordable

Great service from the start. Everything explained clearly in a very proffesional way.

This is the first time I have bought "Pet Insurance" and looking through all the options was quite daunting, but having decided I need a substantial amount of cover I called Bought by Many". The young man who took my call explained clearly exactly what there different policies did and didn't cover so that I was able to make an informed choice as to what I required.
