Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Simple good value for peace of mind

Bought by many - just great

BBM got me covered earlier this year when my beloved dog Paco went through a series of treatments due to a mast cell tumor. Luckily his operation and post op were a success and he still enjoys his doggy life. All the communication with BBM was fast and easy and I was covered without any delays. Just transferred
