Accidental Puppy Leg Wound Sorted

So glad we chose Bought by Many for our new and busy Working Cocker Puppy. She sliced open her leg, we don’t know how, soon after she came to us and then despite our best efforts sprung her stitches too early. Everything dealt with amazingly by Bought by Many and our own regular vets but we particularly appreciated the Virtual Vet who was very calming and helpful! Highly recommend. Bought By You was recommended by a number of people as a good pet insurer and upon investigation, we found an easy to use website. We greatly appreciated being able to easily identify and choose the best level of insurance for our dog from various drop down lists. All aspects of the insurance to be provided were very well explained in easy to understand terms. We had to speak to a service provider colleague as our breed of dog is not recognised by the UK Kennel Club as yet (it is recognised by the French, Canadian and US Kennel Clubs) and so was not on the Bought By Many breed list. He was extremely helpful and advised how we should complete the form assuring us he would discuss getting this spaniel breed included asap. Our insurance was completed with ease thereafter. We haven’t yet, thankfully, had to make any claims so cannot comment on that aspect but so far the experience has been excellent. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020
