To purchase the product was straight forward and easy to use. I am fully informed each month of the direct debit payment that will be collected. The customer web portal is straight forward, modern and easy to use. The price of the product is satisfactory, and I have everything to hand. With my pup being a Romanian Rescue, I struggled to find an insurance provider that would even provide a quote to insure him. Thankfully Bought Buy Many were there to help, it’s quick, easy and the cover is fantastically priced even for large cover amounts. Plus the added bonus of having a free online Vet is priceless!!!
