I haven't had to use Bought By Many and hopefully won't need to but it is peace of mind to know it is in place if necessary. I get regular notices when a payment is due and I enjoy reading the monthly newsletter. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Fantastic cover

The level of cover is impressive, and it is very easy to make claims within the current policy year online. The only thing missing for a full 5 stars is the ability to make claims for events from previous policy years online (on the website or via email), as having to call requires a lot more time and focus! Great customer service and quick to settle claims

We unexpectedly had to claim when our dog developed sepsis. We were fortunate to have such a comprehensive cover that meant we could afford her care at the specialist vets, it wasn’t cheap!
