So helpful during covid 19 to be able to call first vet for information due to my labradors bad ear .So helpful knowledgable and professional. And when i needed to claim it was no problem so kind and caring.Simply the best. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

I have not had the chance to use their claims customer service. However, they gave me free pet first aid online course which i am really grateful for. Their pricing in comparison to others is better in my opinion too. Bought by many was chosen as my pet insurance after many days of research. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

I haven't had to use Bought By Many and hopefully won't need to but it is peace of mind to know it is in place if necessary. I get regular notices when a payment is due and I enjoy reading the monthly newsletter. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

The level of cover is impressive, and it is very easy to make claims within the current policy year online. The only thing missing for a full 5 stars is the ability to make claims for events from previous policy years online (on the website or via email), as having to call requires a lot more time and focus!
