Easy to make a claim online. Very fast settlement and if you don’t make a claim in a year, you’ll get a money back bonus. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Good cover, responsive claims, slick process/website, large annual premium hike

Generally, a positive experience - claims settled quickly, website works well as does the claims process, communications and payment. However, despite claims to the contrary on their marketing material, they increased my premium by 40% in a single year without any reason which can be justified. All pet insurers seem to do this. I am still with Bought by Many as changing insurer has an effect on pre-existing condition cover but in my experience they all increase premiums to a degree which cannot be substantiated by factors such as the age of the animal or any increase in vets costs. Good service but one issue

I have made on claim with regards to my dogs dew claws. I was originally informed that the treatment was preventable and so they wouldn’t pay. However I myself am a vet and disputed this as it was the result of an injury. If I wasn’t in the profession I doubt they would have paid Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Fantastic Insurance

BBM handled 3 months of vet visits easily and professionally. Fro. The first phone call they took over and dealt direct with the vet so that we could concentrate on looking after Finn. They kept me informed through text and email and made the whole process so much easier I recommend them all the time. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

I have not had the chance to use their claims customer service. However, they gave me free pet first aid online course which i am really grateful for. Their pricing in comparison to others is better in my opinion too. Bought by many was chosen as my pet insurance after many days of research. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020
