Easy to use, quick to pay out

We took up Bought By Many insurance after it being recommended repeatedly by others and they were right to do so as it is easy to set up, easy to use and claim and quick to pay out when our puppy had a foreign body in it's throat. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

Outstanding care and customer service

Bought by Many took away all of the stress and worry of paying the vet bills whilst my dog Hector was very poorly. They covered everything and dealt directly with the vets whilst I concentrated on caring for Hector. Unfortunately Hector lost his fight and bought by many covered everything including the cremation. I received an email after confirming that they had paid the bill in full to the vets and also sending their best wishes. I have already recommended them to family and friends, and recently insured my new puppy with them. I would not go anywhere else for pet insurance. So impressed

When my dog had an accident I contacted you guys and I took dog to the vets. All I had to do was just pay the excess, literally everything else was taken care of. Very easily and simply. Best yet

Our dog Harley had to be referred by our vet to veterinary hospital. So, two claims for the one injury. All handled brilliantly even during height of Coronavirus pandemic. BBM kept us up to date throughout, claims settled without any issues. Great value insurance and service. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Easy to deal with and fast payments

I have been with Bought by Many for a few years and have claimed numerous times, have always found them easy and pleasant to deal with, apart from the odd glitch they have paid out pretty quickly. Dog insurance

I am fortunate not to have made a claim on my pet insurance but I feel extremely confident that if I had to do so it would be as easier a process as purchasing the insurance which came highly recommended to me. Really good cover at a very reasonable price. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020
