Fantastic cover and no hassle claims

Fantastic cover. £15,000 vet fees, £69 excess for a lifetime policy. We've made one claim so far and they dealt with the vet directly. Any time that I have spoke with the team, they seem to be very friendly and want to help. Just what I like. No fuss, no hassle. 5 stars all round for the team at bought by many. Would highly recommend this company to anyone that's looking for pet insurance. Reviewed on: 27th August 2019

Disgraceful company

Don't let bought by many fool you with the non claim refund. We were told we'd be refunded in January 2019 within 3 days, it's not the middle of Feb 2019 and we are still trying to get the agreed fee. They've also increased our policy by £40 per months for a dog we haven't claimed on. They are con artists, as soon as this debacle if sorted we will be cancelling. They might be cheap, but there's a reason !!! Reviewed on: 19th February 2019
