No.1 choice

I decided to get a quote from Bought By Many after a recommendation from a friend, and have not been disappointed, the website is easy and clear to use and have recently added another policy for a second pet. I would recommend anyone to try them, I am sure they will be plesantly surprised. Reviewed on: 1st August 2018

Brilliant service

When my dog Maisie had a problem recently our visit to the vets ended up being referred to a specialist Centre. Evrything was so easy - the online claim for it all through to the final settlement. We were kept informed all the way and it was all settled quickly. Reviewed on: 5th September 2018

Excellent Insurance Providet

I had to make a claim this year for my dog. The service I received was first class. They kept me informed about the status of my claim and settled my vet very quickly for his services. The lovely part came a few weeks after my dog had been signed off by the Surgeon when I received an email asking if he had made a full recovery and wishing him well for the future. BBM are a company that I would certainly recommend to anyone in the market for pet insurance. Reviewed on: 5th September 2018

Bought By Many Review

I have had a great experience with Bought By Many. I have been with them for my pet insurance for under a year, but have recently moved to a multi pet policy. The customer service which I received on the phone was friendly and professional and I have recommended the service to friends since. The website is modern and easy to use also. Easy to use and great price

Friendly and competitive rate

Having lost a very dear pet, Bought By Many were very good in paying for all the treatment. This included having my beloved cat put to sleep and they covered much of the payment towards her cremation and ashes. The team sent me a card sending their condolences which I have never had from any other pet insurance company. A kind, supportive and compassionate team offering an excellent level of cover at a very competitive price. I have recommended them to all my friends some of whom I know have already contacted them. Great insurance

This is the first insurance company I have come across that pay out for pre-existing illnesses, and after a period of time treat them as a new illness. This is great as my cat has had a problem in the past but has been absolutely fine for a couple of years now, but If it were to reoccur he would be covered.
