Easy to use, quick to pay out

We took up Bought By Many insurance after it being recommended repeatedly by others and they were right to do so as it is easy to set up, easy to use and claim and quick to pay out when our puppy had a foreign body in it's throat. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

Great product

It came to our 1st year renewal date for our pet insurance and my current provider had upped my premium by over £20 per month with no claims or preexisting conditions. I decided to shop around and Bought by Many gave us the best premium lifetime policy for a great price and their customer service was brilliant. Reviewed on: 5th September 2018

Great value insurance

Brilliant

I had to claim through Bought by Many. They were quick and efficient. Everything was sorted out in no time flat. You only pay the excess once in a year. I recommend them to everyone. Reviewed on: 5th September 2018

Best insurance company I have ever dealt with.

Easy to use, no hidden agendas, plain simple claim system. . Always a way to contact them if you neeed information. They keep you up to date with text messages and emails. They dealt directly with my vet so I just received information of claims etc. Many thanks for sorting my claim and making the whole proceedure stress free during a very stressful time. All very easy to set up

Easy to set up and good communication so far. I havent had to make a claim so cannot comment on that service but the cover they offered was very reasonable and seems to be well thought out unlike some insurance companies. Reviewed on: 5th September 2018

Professional, very helpful and made the whole process easy

My puppy Luna was unfortunately poorly I rang the helpline and was pleasantly surprised how helpful the lady was and she took care of my claim contacting the vets etc; I received regular updates as to the progress of my claim and they always explained why it was held up slightly (due to lack of response from my vet) I would not hesitate to recommend Bought by Many based on my experience to anyone.
