Vets that are always there for your pet

Professional, very helpful and made the whole process easy

My puppy Luna was unfortunately poorly I rang the helpline and was pleasantly surprised how helpful the lady was and she took care of my claim contacting the vets etc; I received regular updates as to the progress of my claim and they always explained why it was held up slightly (due to lack of response from my vet) I would not hesitate to recommend Bought by Many based on my experience to anyone. Customer friendly service

Good cover for a reasonable price

Rating is only based on purchasing as I have not made a claim so cannot comment on that. Having an older, but reasonably healthy, dog, Bought by Many provided me with cover at less than half the price I was paying. While there are some initial limits due to “existing conditions” on the policy, these can possibly go on renewal. Reviewed on: 5th September 2018

You only ever find out how good an insurance company is when you need to make a claim... unfortunately I had to make a claim this year for my cavalier King Charles Spaniel and it was handled and settled quickly, professionally and painlessly! No nonsense claiming

I have two dogs and have had to make claims for both. It’s a completely hassle free process, leaving me stress free when it comes to paying for my dogs treatment. Pet Insurance You Can Rely On
