No.1 choice

I decided to get a quote from Bought By Many after a recommendation from a friend, and have not been disappointed, the website is easy and clear to use and have recently added another policy for a second pet. Fast and Efficient

My kitten broke her leg which was obviously very upsetting and the claims team were kind, very efficient and settled all the invoices promptly directly with my vet. It was one less thing to worry about and I would highly recommend Bought By Many! Reviewed on: 5th September 2018

Fair premiums and superb customer service!

What a great insurance Company. I have found them to be efficient, competent and very fair with their dealings with me. Unlike other pet insurance Companies that I have deal with, they have not increased their premiums after the first year to silly amounts after making a claim the previous year. Very impressed!! Hassle free insurance

It was easy to sign up for my pet insurance. The website is user friendly and I couldn’t beat the quote. I’d hoped never to have a reason to use the insurance but when my young dog was unwell and needed tests done, I phoned the helpline and was talked through the process of claiming. My claim was settled quickly. Luckily my dog has got over her illness. Knowing I have a good insurer that doesn’t cost the earth gives me great peace of mind. Reviewed on: 5th September 2018

Phenomenal!!

Impressive service from start to finish. Easy online account set up. Unfortunately I had to claim within the first 6 weeks and submitted the claim online in less than 5 minutes. Was kept updated every step of the way about what was happening with my claim, which made it feel like a personal service even though it was all done online, and was paid out extremely quickly and with no questions asked. Simply the Best

For the past 20+ years I have needed insurance for my beloved dogs and it has been a steep learning curve. Not only have I had the heartbreak of losing my canine friends I have had to endure the cold hearted, callous and frankly appalling treatment of insurance companies who have exacerbated the grief and grieving process. Finally about 18 months ago I discovered Bought By Many and without hesitation I can say they are magnificent. Paperless, cover that cannot be matched by many of the major providers (their admission) and I have absolutely no hesitation in having recommended them to veterinary surgery staff, other pet owners I have met in the vets and when out and about. Friends, relatives, neighbours and social media sites. My only concern is that Bought By Many never becomes so big that it forgets how to treat it’s customers and their pets with the respect that they deserve - taking out insurance on your pet is an absolute necessity if you truly care for it/them as well as getting it right from the very start. In my case I have got 4 dogs now having suffered the loss of 1 recently who was insured with a rogue company. Three of them are with Bought By Many who were not in business when the remaining oldest came to us and now has a pre-existing condition so transfer is not an option. So, I have put my money where I truly believe is the best option for all pet owner s who have a new arrival or a healthy older one. Reviewed on: 5th September 2018

Quick friendly reliable Insurance

Unfortunately since I’ve had my insurance with BBM I’ve had to claim several times for my dog in a short period of time, the good news is that the staff and service has been top notch. Everything is dealt with quickly and they keep you updated by text and email. I’m very happy to continue with them , ( as long as they’ll have me!!!) Highly recommend them.
