Easy to use, quick to pay out

We took up Bought By Many insurance after it being recommended repeatedly by others and they were right to do so as it is easy to set up, easy to use and claim and quick to pay out when our puppy had a foreign body in it's throat. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

Extremely sincere and genuine staff

We also used Many Pets for our last GSD, Benji who sadly passed away at just 18 months old. All the staff I spoke to at Many Pets during this time (and during all his seizure claims) up until his passing were extremely genuine and sincere. I couldn’t recommend them more. All claims were also paid out straight away with out much input from me as they fully understood we were still grieving his passing. Reviewed on: 1st October 2024

Good access to information

Easy to access information if have any queries, I had a video consultation with a vet , it certainly put my mind at rest and saved a visit to my local vet which would have meant waiting longer to find out what the problem was. Reviewed on: 1st October 2024

As simple as it should be..

Three pets, all with a large claim in the last two years. ManyPets made it simple and easy to claim each time. Just a signature at both the local vets & the veterinary hospital & excess paid, everything was taken care of from that point by ManyPets. No forms to fill in. Reviewed on: 1st October 2024
