We took up Bought By Many insurance after it being recommended repeatedly by others and they were right to do so as it is easy to set up, easy to use and claim and quick to pay out when our puppy had a foreign body in it's throat. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

Abba suffers with allergies

My dog Abba suffers with allergies and Many Pets are always available to assist when I have to frequently make claims. Plus the claims are paid out very quickly which is a bonus. Reviewed on: 1st October 2024

Some claims have been paid out quickly and easily.

Some claims have been paid out quickly and easily. Delay with most recent larger claim. Customer service response to email when I had to change direct debit was robotic and unhelpful. However, most things can be done online without customer service involvement. I’ve never been patient enough to stay on hold to actually speak to a person. Reviewed on: 1st October 2024
