Easy to use, quick to pay out

We took up Bought By Many insurance after it being recommended repeatedly by others and they were right to do so as it is easy to set up, easy to use and claim and quick to pay out when our puppy had a foreign body in it's throat. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

Simple claim process

Based on a low level claim - Process to claim using the online form was easy, I was kept up to date and pay out was very quick. However a new claim has now been raised which is in the thousands so it will be interesting to see the outcome of this. Reviewed on: 1st October 2024

We were recommended Many Pets by our dog’s breeder.

We were recommended Many Pets by our dog’s breeder. Our Labrador is only 20 months old so we have had no experience of making a claim, but Many Pets are very pro-active in communicating news etc to us. They seem to be the only Pet Insurance Company ,too , which offer you a rebate if you don’t make a claim in a calendar year ( though you have to pay a bit extra). The only pet insurance you should be using!

Always had great service and every person you speak too is so lovely and nice, taking care of Bryn is very important to me and manypets makes me feel like I’m in safe hands and Bryn is taken care off at any opportunity.
