Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Many Pets my insurance company of choice

I had a good experience when I had any queries or had to claim for my dog. The staff were very helpful and understanding at a timecwhen I was stressed and worried about my pet having a procedure. I’ve had to make two claims (one on each cat so far) first claim came through really swiftly however the second took much much longer. I couldn’t fault ManyPets though maybe just the reviewing of cases could be better. Reviewed on: 1st October 2024
