Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Caring and fast to pay out

Reliable company providing good value insurance.

I have been with Many Pets almost since their inception. They provide good value insurance with extensive cover. There are a good range of policies with many excess options. Claiming is easy with no forms to fill, & every claim has been paid in full. Customer service is good with helpful & friendly staff & it's easy to contact them. My only issue with them is the length of time they take to pay the claim. Sometimes claims have been paid within a week but mostly it has taken up to 6 weeks. However, having peace of mind knowing a claim will be paid in full is worth the wait. I always recommend them to friends. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2023

There for your pet

Wonderful company when I had a hiccup in my finances they kept the policy going so my pets were protected. They then gave me a payment holiday so I could get myself straight. This took a big worry off my shoulders. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2023

Outstanding service

Unfortunately one of my cats developed severe allergies and has to have treatment every month for which I claim online. Often the claim is paid and the money hits my bank even before it has been debited! The settlement is always very quick. Fast, fuss free and hassle free service and I have recommended them to family and friends. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2023

Compassionate and kind

Many pets were so kind and compassionate to us when we lost out dog previously, they sorted things hassle free while we grieved. Due to this we picked them again to insure our new pet and they have been great again. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2023

Very disappointing (and expensive) pet insurance

My pet's insurance has doubled every year, despite not having any claims for two years, and is now over £80 a month. Bought By Many (as Many Pets used to be) claimed to make pet insurance fair for everyone. Many Pets is a completely different product from the one I bought. Getting locked in to pet insurance (due to "previous conditions" not being accepted with a new insurer) is a serious problem for owners and pets alike. Avoid at all costs! Disgusting company.

Many pets have had my claim over a month and have not bothered to respond to a single email I have sent chasing them for an update and for them to make payment. Because of these unnecessary delays, and often deliberately spiteful slow replies, I have been forced to survive off of donated parcels from food banks, plus I have missed my rent payment and am now facing eviction. This company have quite literally destroyed my life in under a month because they simply can’t be bothered to respond to there loyal customers who pay hundreds of £ a month in insurance fees, but receive a disgusting vile level of service. I have raised a formal complaint against many pets with both their support team and the financial ombudsman service to see if I can FINALLY get a solution, or the urgent payment I required (or required weeks ago before they turned my whole world upside down)… AND THEY STILL CANNOT BE BOTHERED TO REPLY!! Honestly this company just goes from bad to worse. They have left me in tears on quite literally dozens of occasions, and as I previously mentioned due to their shockingly slow response times I have lost my home, and am now quite literally starving trying to survive off of food donation.
