THIS COMPANY IS IN FINANCIAL TROUBLE

I have a recurring claim payment with them for my dogs heart medication that has now not been paid for 3 months, constantly contacting them with no reply, can no longer afford my dogs tablets due to the money owed. Google "Manypets financial statements" to see the multi million pound losses they are having year after year. Reviewed on: 12th December 2023

Price increased by 119.23% this year. When looking at other good insurance companies it looks like even what I was paying before was over the odds so I don't know how they could justify the price increase. I have called and there is almost no movement so I will be insuring with someone else! Reviewed on: 8th December 2023

Would not consider any other company

My fur baby was euthanised 5 months ago following a short illness. Many Pets were there from day one and supported us throughout the whole ordeal and through the trauma of putting him to sleep. Nearly all the Claims were dealt with directly through the vet and specialist referral team. I cannot fault this company at all. I finally brought myself to claim for his passing only recently. I struggled with the on-line claim form. The form was easy enough, but I just couldn’t bring myself to fill in the info. So I rang them instead. I spoke to a lovely person called Hannah, who dealt with everything so easily. Payment was made within 48hrs. I’m not saying your claim will be dealt with so quickly. But this was my experience and I have to say I would not wish to deal with any other company ever again. The kindness, support and handling of my claim was superb. Reviewed on: 19th October 2023

Disgusting customer service

I've been waiting 4 months for my claim to be processed. Customer service is useless as is the website. They do not reply to emails and call take up to 30 minutes to get though....but they keep taking the monthly payments on time.....Avoid!!!! Reviewed on: 6th October 2023

Appalling claims service

Over 10 weeks since our claim was submitted and it is still sitting with the handler - no response to emails or calls and no updates provided. Waiting for £1000 to be paid and getting very impatient, especially seeing that others have had claims paid the same day! Reviewed on: 30th September 2023

Poor customer service

I telephoned ( it took 20 minutes to answer) to ask for a printed copy of my policy and was told to e mail the SUPPORT section. This I did and after more than a dozen e mails got no reply at all. Absolutely awful company - do not believe the hype

Do not insurance your pets with this company. I signed up to them in February and it's the biggest mistake I ever made. They have been awful from day 1. it took them 10 weeks to pay my first claims. They upheld a complaint I made about the time scales, agreeing it was too long, and then have taken 4 weeks and counting to pay continuation two claims. No explanation, no request for additional info from me or my vet, a rude response with a load of nonsense that does not apply to me from customer services but still no actual payment or explanation. Vets asking for payment in advance

I will not be renewing with Manypets once our current term is over. Vets are currently asking for payment in advance as they are so slow at reimbursements. Our premiums have also gone up considerably in relation to the no claims that we have made. Reviewed on: 24th August 2023

My foundling cat, previously in robust health, at age eleven developed diabetes. A number of related conditions, including dental and stomach infections, ensued and Many Pets (formerly 'Bought by Many") has paid up without quibble and rare delay.
