Easy to use, quick to pay out

We took up Bought By Many insurance after it being recommended repeatedly by others and they were right to do so as it is easy to set up, easy to use and claim and quick to pay out when our puppy had a foreign body in it's throat. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

My insurance claim.

Having being with many pets for 3.5 years and receiving the fabulous money back yearly for no claims we found ourselves recently with a poorly dog who needed a lot of meds for the vet. We made a claim and many pets had our claim and payment made within 7 days. Dog now on the road to recovery thanks to the speedy response from many pets. Paid out no quibbles within 12 hours

Could not believe how fast and easy it was to fill out a simple form at 11pm ,woke up at 830am next morning , money in bank ! No hassles , no begging does what it says . Definitely a 5* service. Reviewed on: 1st November 2022

My Many Pets Insurance

By chance I found Many Pets while searching for pet insurance online. I found my experience buying a policy was easy and the levels of insurance cover exceeded my requirements. The customer support service when I’ve phoned with small problems has been very positive and the team members polite to speak with. No experience with making a claim fortunately! Outstanding service

I was delighted at how simple and easy the online claim form was and to say I was amazed at the claim being processed same day is an understatement! I’ve never received such efficient service from an insurance company. The money was in my account the following morning. I’d have no hesitation in recommending Many Pets to anyone. Boris The Frenchie

My frenchie Boris was just 5 months old when the vets realised he had something wrong with his spine. He had many scans and a really intrusive surgery, nany would struggle to cover the cost of such surgery without excellent pet insurance Many Pets did just that without quibble or additional stress.
