Many pets (previously bought by many) have a great team of staff and they are always happy to help. Polite on the telephone and always happy to give advice. The insurance itself pays out for just about anything and can’t be beaten on price for what you get included. Worth it for sure! Reviewed on: 31st October 2022

Easy to use - did what they said they would!

Amazing service. Making a claim is simple - you can do it online by adding a photo/scan of your receipt. Your account is updated online and I got regular emails and texts updating me as to where my claim was in the process. I was then informed that my claims were successful and the money was credited to my account shortly after. Highly recommend this company. Reviewed on: 29th October 2022
