We took up Bought By Many insurance after it being recommended repeatedly by others and they were right to do so as it is easy to set up, easy to use and claim and quick to pay out when our puppy had a foreign body in it's throat. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

Great insurance and great customer service!

Many pets (previously bought by many) have a great team of staff and they are always happy to help. Polite on the telephone and always happy to give advice. Excellent product and excellent people

Understanding & compassionate

I called the helpline to inform ManyPets that my 14 year old cocker spaniel Rosie had passed away. It was a very difficult call to make but the person on the phone was just lovely & so kind. The understanding & compassion they showed was greatly appreciated. Reviewed on: 30th October 2022
