No.1 choice

I decided to get a quote from Bought By Many after a recommendation from a friend, and have not been disappointed, the website is easy and clear to use and have recently added another policy for a second pet. I would recommend anyone to try them, I am sure they will be plesantly surprised. Reviewed on: 1st August 2018

Fastest results in town.

I have submitted a claim twice to Many Pets. The required form is easy to complete and in both cases my claim has been paid within a very very few hours of receipt. This is most helpful when money is tight and the amount being paid out is quite large. Reviewed on: 21st October 2022

Awesome service

In this day and age one has become accustomed to average or even poor service. Not Many Pets their proposition, service and employees are second to none. Would highly rate them and I would recommend them to family and friends. Reviewed on: 21st October 2022

Best insurance company

The speed with which Many Pets pays my claims is incredible. Twice I have made a claim online at around 10 pm only to find it paid by 9 am the next day. All the employees I have dealt with have been unfailingly polite and helpful. I will stay with Many Pets for as long as I have pets. Reviewed on: 20th October 2022

Qualifying claims paid within days and even hours! Caring, efficient, easy

I don't normally trust insurance companies but I wanted to make sure my new pup would be covered should an incident occur. Milo was bitten on his nose and required exploration by the vets, a CT scan and then a surgical procedure. The vets bills were claimed for by myself online and paid almost immediately over the weekend. The hospital bills are still being processed but I have received a very empathic call from customer service to reassure me that all was ok and then went on to ask about how little Milo was doing. Good customer service and peace of mind is rare to find these days but I believe Many Pets have nailed it. Keep up the good work. Reviewed on: 20th October 2022
