excellent customer services who are very knowledgeable. Any claims only take one phone call and the rest is done direct from Many pets and vet. The excess is only one payment per year regardless of how many claims you may need. You receive e mails updating you on the progress of claim and no worrying or long forms to complete Reviewed on: 14th October 2022

Service you can't fault

The staff are very friendly and helpful. As of yet I have not had to make a claim. That being said, I have used the 24/7 vet video call twice. They were very helpful with advice. Thankfully it was nothing serious. Reviewed on: 14th October 2022

Exceeded all Expectations

ManyPets has, and continues to support me through the devasting journey I have with my 5 year old Working Cocker Spaniel who was sadly diagnosed with a terminal brain tumour in February 2022. Their customer service exceeds any previous experiences that i have had with other insurance companies - there is just no comparison. Compassionate to the core, not to mention super efficient means that the process around the treatment that is required for Flynn during 'borrowed time', is palatable and I have no hesitation calling ManyPets at any time for advice and support. My puppies first year

My cockerpoo had numerous digestive complaints in his first year including pancreatitis and gastroenteritis , with numerous visit to the vet . Amazing by today's standards

I ensured both my cat and dog under one policy. Literally weeks later my lovely six year old dog was diagnosed with a tumour on her ear and underwent surgery to remove a mast cell tumour. Bought by Many (Many Pets old moniker) paid for everything, which was incredible. Sadly, a year and a half later my lovely, beautiful dog became very unwell, and underwent an MRI scan which showed an inoperable aggressive brain tumour. The tests and subsequent palliative treatment, putting my beloved pet to sleep and her cremation were all paid for without any quibbles. Staff at Many Pets were kind, compassionate and caring, they went the extra mile for which I will be forever grateful at a really sad time for me and my family. I cannot thank them enough. They were absolutely great. My cat will remain insured by them. I honestly cannot recommend Many Pets enough and have already recommended them to friends. Reviewed on: 14th October 2022
