Unfortunately we've had to make claims for our pets. But what a contrast ManyPets is to the usual dismal customer service in this country. Swift effective service

Well worth the money - Yes I would agree a little more expensive than other providers however cannot rate their service high enough. Made claim for injury that happened to my dog, I Paid for it in full and then got the full amount back minus the excess within 4 hours which was incredibly fast.
