Amazing pre existing cover!

I had been looking for an insurance policy that would cover my 3 rescue kittens who have pre existing conditions. All of my questions were thoroughly answered and I was also given a call back to ensure that I had fully understood the answers to my more complex ones. Very friendly and helpful. Firstly my monthly payments didn't shoot up after the first 12 months which was a pleasant surprise. We've had 2 claims this year and both were settled quickly and the advice we were given before going ahead with treatment was very helpful and reassuring. Reviewed on: 11th October 2022
