Heidi-Bell journey

Heidi-Bell was our late Cavalier King Charles who unfortunately had lots of problems. From a womb infection needing emergency to a corneal eye graph to managing cushions disease. Many pets paid out every time without any question. They were amazing. I can’t recommend this insurance higher than a 12 out of 10 they dealt with my claim wonderfully. My pet Bichion had died and they took over everything so all I had to do was grieving which hard enough. I also had another claim that was settled with in a couple of days which was great and not having to pay an excess with every claim just one per year. We were recommended this insurance by a member of our family when we purchased our lab puppy. Unfortunately we needed to make a claim when he was 6 months old. The company paid the claim within 5 days and the customer service (at a time when I was totally distraught) was amazing. Also despite recent events the premium only increased by pennies this year. We would HIGHLY recommend Many Pets to anyone thinking of pet insurance. Reviewed on: 11th October 2022
