As a result of not needing to make a claim for my 2 dogs I received an Amazon voucher and a % return on my premiums paid for the previous year. Most welcome and paid exactly as informed. Although premiums continue to increase year on year- as they do for other insurers- I feel confident that were I to make a claim it would be dealt with as efficiently which gives me peace of mind knowing my precious members of the family are covered. Also, very useful to have discounts at dog related retailers and free vet video calls. Reviewed on: 14th October 2024
