Easy to use, quick to pay out

We took up Bought By Many insurance after it being recommended repeatedly by others and they were right to do so as it is easy to set up, easy to use and claim and quick to pay out when our puppy had a foreign body in it's throat. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

Excellent

Although I have not had to make a claim apart from consulting free of charge a virtual vet consultation. (Excellent service received) I have peace of mind knowing my dog is covered. Great service

ManyPets have dealt with my claims promptly and quickly, as my puppy became suddenly ill and I did not have the funds to cover cost of treatment. Customer service helped me out very quickly and efficiently as well as made me feel like I am important and that they care. Superb Customer Service

This is the first pet insurance company I've ever encountered that (a) seems to like pets and their owners (b) has customer service officers who go out of their way to be helpful. It also paid my claim with no quibbles! Reviewed on: 11th October 2022

Great Pet Insurance

I did a lot of research into pet insurance before purchasing and Many Pets came out top in both service and price. I called them with questions and they were helpful and happy to answer. Since joining, I've had one claim. The online process was simple and the money was paid into my account in less than 24hours. I can't recommend highly enough.
