Compassion and understanding shown on the sudden death of my last dog. I had called to cancel the policy and was told that I could claim for her death. It had not occurred to me to claim. I now have a new dog insured with you. One thing I would have liked is a premium that remains the same throughout the life of the dog, I know you used to do it and that the early years may be more expensive but the financial planning option may be appreciated. Affordable monthly payments and easy claims

Despite having to claim after my pup was rushed into surgery after an adverse reaction to his neutering procedure, my monthly payment has hard increased at all.
