Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Have had to make 2 claims and the process is quick and simple. Claims were not disputed. First claim experience was wonderful, second time I had to chase as it hadn’t progressed after 8 weeks. It was sorted fairly quickly after that and appeared to be an error in the system. Customer service team great for advice and renewal queries. Would recommend to family and friends. Exemplary cover at amazing prices

Compared to the established names in pet insurance, I expected the cover to reflect the cheaper premiums. How wrong could I be, the cover on offer was more than comparable to the other options and at a substantial saving. Thankfully we have only had to use the cover a small number of times but the claim process couldn’t have been simpler and when I had a query, getting an answer was child’s play. Cannot recommend them enough and don’t see me changing my insurer any time soon Reviewed on: 10th October 2022

User friendly, pet friendly

Many Pets was easy to set up, very clear and gave a good referral offer for an Amazon voucher (which both I and the referee received). When I had to claim it was really straight forward, customer service were friendly and helpful and I was reimbursed quickly. I've recommended them to friends as a reliable, fair insurer.
