Many Pets have always gone out of their way to be helpful and each member of staff seem genuinely passionate about pets. Each insurance plan is catered to suit individual pets and their families. I have had cause in my pets life to have to make 2 claims. Both of these times the staff at many pets have been approachable, good humoured, practical, sympathetic and juet generally helpful. Never underestimate the human touch when you're feeling scared or worried that your furbaby needs treatment. I really rate the customer service experience. Reviewed on: 10th October 2022
