Easy to use, quick to pay out

We took up Bought By Many insurance after it being recommended repeatedly by others and they were right to do so as it is easy to set up, easy to use and claim and quick to pay out when our puppy had a foreign body in it's throat. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

Excellent value for money and cover

I moved from another top provider who had put their price up over 3 years by just under 60%. Got a higher level of cover, dental, pre-existing conditions and have always found Many Pets to be excellent for what I had paid at the start. PAWFECT PERSONIFIED

I can only say that I always receive a first-class service, and excellent customer care, whenever I deal with Many Pets, After years with Pet plan, I have changed over to this company, and I am so impressed by their level of cover and the professional manner in the way that they deal with their clients, as they always giving advice and guidance through trying and emotional times. I have and will continue to recommend this company now as opposed to my previous pet insurance company, due to their commitment to detail and the level of cover they offer on top of the fact that I am made to feel like a valued customer. Fantastic Insurance Company

My dog was extremely poorly and had to spend nearly a week in the vets. Many Pets handled my claim so easily and with compassion throughout. When my dog had to be re-admitted for the same problem Many Pets liaised with the vets on my behalf and settled the claim without any fuss or hassle. All the while I was kept up to date with the claim. They were just brilliant and the call handler was so kind and caring while being very professional and efficient! They are brilliant. Fair and simple

We've been with MP since they were Bought By Many. We've submitted 2 claims for our spaniel - both were really simple via their website, and we received occassional notifications like "just letting you know we've spoken to your vet - you don't need to do anything yet". Easy and efficient
