Easy to use, quick to pay out

We took up Bought By Many insurance after it being recommended repeatedly by others and they were right to do so as it is easy to set up, easy to use and claim and quick to pay out when our puppy had a foreign body in it's throat. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

Peace of mind pet insurance cover

Monthly premium reasonable, logging vet visits easy, pay out V V quickly and you can even get a real life customer advisor on the phone!! Customer advisor, polite, helpful and contacted me back when she said she would. Couldn't ask for more. Well done Reviewed on: 15th September 2022

Great service, easy to work with, fast to respond

Rescued a cat a couple of years ago and she seemed OK,it later transpired she has a nose problem called Chronic Rhinitis and despite trying to resolve through food,and limit exposure to pother allergens, she has needed several vets visits and now needs steroids to maintain her overall wellness. She's such a happy little-cat now and it's taken a while, and a lot of stress, to get her balanced on the meds, Many Pets has been there throughout ( including their own name change from Bought by Many) and are quick to replay vet bills and have kept my renewal quotes manageable and very competitive. Took away the stress and worry when I had to claim

I had to make a claim for Paddy my dogue de bordeaux, he was quite poorly and the vet bills very expensive. I was very upset as he was still only a puppy but Many Pets removed a lot of the stress and worry I had by dealing directly with my vet to pay the bills leaving me to focus on getting Paddy home and better.
