Easy to use, quick to pay out

We took up Bought By Many insurance after it being recommended repeatedly by others and they were right to do so as it is easy to set up, easy to use and claim and quick to pay out when our puppy had a foreign body in it's throat. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

Excellent response times and all claims agrees and paid very quickly, sometimes within 24 hours

Good value premiums and for a new pet they offer greater cover than other firms, including pre existing conditions that other firms don't. Portal fir claims easy to use but they also answer the phone too, which is rare these days. Highly Recommended Reviewed on: 14th September 2022

Ridiculous length of time to pay vet bills

Cmon Many Pets. Get your act together. My vets have a few folk using this insurance, including myself, They are now considering removing this company from their list of companies to deal with. They are owed thousands at the moment and my vet says they are taking up to 6 months to pay out. Reviewed on: 14th September 2022
