Easy to use, quick to pay out

We took up Bought By Many insurance after it being recommended repeatedly by others and they were right to do so as it is easy to set up, easy to use and claim and quick to pay out when our puppy had a foreign body in it's throat. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

Everything insurance should be

ManyPets we’re there when I needed them with my dog Amber. Every person I spoke to there asked about how she was before sorting out the business. Whether that is down to good training or not, it feels like genuine care, which is all you need when a loved pet is battling with illness. Couldn't be more helpful

They are one of the few services these days where you can pick up the phone, talk to a real person who will reply quickly and then be very helpful. They even helped with my cat's specialist food. They seem very caring too. If you prefer however, you can do it all on line. What's not to like! Reviewed on: 14th September 2022

No fuss, knowledgable, fast response

Have only been with this company for just over 7 months but insuring with them was easy and straightforward. Unfortunately have had to make a claim - it was dealt with super quickly with minimum fuss and little action required from me. Excellent at the daily stuff and also urgent matters.
