After hearing plenty of positive feedback about many pets, from friends/family/coworkers I decided to choose many pets myself, and I have not been disappointed. Our toy poodle Alfie needed some dental surgery and the team were super efficient and sympathetic at the outset and confirmed the cover pretty much immediately allowing us comfort moving forward and even took note of Alfies aftercare calling us to check in on him. Straightforward policy
