I decided to get a quote from Bought By Many after a recommendation from a friend, and have not been disappointed, the website is easy and clear to use and have recently added another policy for a second pet. Great pet insurance

I have to make many claims, both directly and non-direct, and on the whole it has been a quick and smooth process for each one. Even when there have been instances of queries or a chase on a claim, customer service team are super speedy in resolving the issue and in every instance the resolution was instant. Simply The Best!

The video vet included in the insurance is an excellent back up and I have used it on numerous occasions saving costly visits to the vet.
