Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Claims settled quickly

Insurance that's not stressful

Had a problem with my Labradors leg on a Sunday night. Had to use out of hours vet. They charged £200 consultation fee, got her checked over the vet put her on medication. It put my mind at rest knowing that it wasn't as serious as i thought. Put a claim in to Many Pets, the person i spoke to was very helpful polite and understanding. My claim was settled within 2 weeks, cannot fault the service i received and would definitely recommend Many Pets. Reviewed on: 13th September 2022

Available and helpful

We needed treatment for our puppy on a Sunday - isn't it always - we rang an out of hours vet and then Many Pets. Many Pets were very helpful and the coordination with the vet was superb. On top of that the settlement of the claim came through after only a few hours, even before the card payment was processed.
