Good service

The premium is quite expensive but the cover is very good. I have had a couple of claims and they have been dealt with within a few days. All my dealings with the company have been positive but my claims have been very small after the excess. I need to have a major claim to tell if it is really value for money. 3 times I had to deal with ManyPets for my now so sadly departed darling French Bulldog when she was very ill and needed emergency care; on every occasion they have been so wonderful. After the initial telephone call to them allowing the Vet to deal directly with them, everything was taken out of my hands so I had nothing to worry about.
