Insurance that's not stressful

Had a problem with my Labradors leg on a Sunday night. Had to use out of hours vet. They charged £200 consultation fee, got her checked over the vet put her on medication. It put my mind at rest knowing that it wasn't as serious as i thought. Put a claim in to Many Pets, the person i spoke to was very helpful polite and understanding. My claim was settled within 2 weeks, cannot fault the service i received and would definitely recommend Many Pets. Reviewed on: 13th September 2022

We needed treatment for our puppy on a Sunday - isn't it always - we rang an out of hours vet and then Many Pets. Many Pets were very helpful and the coordination with the vet was superb. On top of that the settlement of the claim came through after only a few hours, even before the card payment was processed. Straightforward no-nonsense

Straightforward, short claim form to complete, so far quibble-free claim, and next day reimbursement of a large sum of money >£1,400. A lovely touch was that I got an email asking if my pet was now well again; unusual correspondence from an insurance company! Reviewed on: 13th September 2022
