We needed treatment for our puppy on a Sunday - isn't it always - we rang an out of hours vet and then Many Pets. Many Pets were very helpful and the coordination with the vet was superb. On top of that the settlement of the claim came through after only a few hours, even before the card payment was processed. Straightforward no-nonsense

Straightforward, short claim form to complete, so far quibble-free claim, and next day reimbursement of a large sum of money >£1,400. A lovely touch was that I got an email asking if my pet was now well again; unusual correspondence from an insurance company! Reviewed on: 13th September 2022

Great pet care insurance providing a comprehensive service. Easy to contact and friendly, helpful and courteous staff who answer the phone quickly. Unusually these days, Many Pets does NOT answer the phone with a message about "...experiencing an unusually high volume of calls...." meaning they will answer your call sometime but not necessarily very quickly!! They are quick, responsive and helpful. If you need quality pet insurance, Many Pets should be your first and only stop. Reviewed on: 13th September 2022

Been with this company through 3 cat families.They are reliable help ,the support team secobd to none.Pleasant and efficient. They have been exceptionally good in the fight to save my boy. My only gripe is that it takes an awful long time to pay out, which is very stressful when you're talking thousands, but, they've never tried to wriggle out of paying so far and I love how easy it is to make a claim. If you do have to phone, when you do get through, very caring and helpful. Reviewed on: 13th September 2022
