Great company to deal with

Having never been a dog owner before and starting off with one dog, I soon became the proud owner of a second, contacted many pets, it was quick to add my second dog with a quick phone call, no messing about. I have unfortunately had to claim on my insurance this year, the service was amazing again in the first instance a call through, I was assisted and directed on how to claim and informed they could carry this out directly with my vets, taking all my stress away and giving me more time with my poorly puppy and less fill out paperwork, thank you Many Pets for being amazing. Great insurance

Many Pets has paid all my claims with no quibbles, directly to the vet. Their insurance premium is competitive and fairly priced. The option to have cover with a single annual excess is excellent. Reviewed on: 13th September 2022

Best Pet Insurance I've ever had!

Absolutely no messing when it comes to claims and paying out on them. I've been in the position where I've had to claim this year and when I have the claim had been settled with in 2 hours (even when I've pit the claim in after 10pm at night!). Lifesaving Pet Insurance!

I never imagined I would ever be motivated to write so passionately about an insurance company but, considering what our family pet has been through in the past year and the way ManyPets have responded to support him and us, I feel that this review is more than justified. Our family pet is a dog of only 16 months of age. In his first year of life, he was diagnosed with a life-threatening health condition that necessitated months and months of investigations, treatment, surgery and specialist care. To this day, he still needs ongoing support and every step of the way, ManyPets have supported him and us. We have not had one incidence of difficulty or challenge to the vet bills we have accumulated and every single time I have needed to contact ManyPets, I have been met with compassion, sympathy and warmth. To have any animal who is unwell at any age, let alone a puppy only just starting out in this world, is stressful to say the least and heart-breaking without any doubt. To know that we have insurance that can be relied upon and that works with us and in the interests of a much loved family member makes the stress and heartache so, so much easier to bear. Truly, we cannot thank ManyPets enough for enabling our puppy to receive the treatment he needs and to live the life he deserves. I do believe that having reliable, honest, dependable pet insurance can, quite literally, be life-saving. Reviewed on: 13th September 2022

Fantastic efficient service....

I have recently had to make my 1st insurance claim ever for my young labrador. My claim was made online with minimal form filling and the inclusion of the invoices from the vets. My claim was approved 2 hours later & the money (less the excess) was back in my account within 2 working days. Just what you want for peace of mind. Would highly recommend.
