Fantastic insurance company

I have insured our two dogs with Many Pets for two years now. Their service has always been exemplary. Their online claims platform and process are very easy to use and straightforward with good visibility of progress. Recently I submitted a claim for circa £300 and was amazed to have the full amount paid into our bank account within about three days, no quibbles. We also use the online vet service at times and this gives us good peace of mind for any little concerns we have with our pets. I am not sure what more I could ask from my pet insurer, we are delighted with the service and consider it good value for money? Reviewed on: 13th September 2022

Our vet made it very difficult when we advised them our dog was insured with Many Pets and told us that they only deal directly with PetPlan and that we would have to pay the invoices and claim back from Many Pets. Thankfully, Many Pets intervened and spoke to our vets and they now get paid directly from Many Pets without us having to pay the bills first. Every time I have called Many Pets to make a new claim for our dog, they have been so helpful and reassuring at such a stressful time. I just hope this continues throughout our dog's lifetime as he is going to need therapy and medication for the rest of his life unfortunately. Reviewed on: 13th September 2022

Would very highly recommend!

Many Pets was recommended to me by a few dog owning friends when I got my new puppy and wanted to change from the company I had been using for years, because of the yearly increase in price. I was extremely happy to find I could get more cover for a lot less with Many Pets, so it was a no brainier. Very user friendly online site. Easy to understand everything. And very easy to sign up online. I also get a monthly email to remind me of when my next payment will be taken, plus how much I will be paying. I’m also pleased to say that I paid less on renewal instead of more, which made a very pleasant change as others always increase your fee each year. Reviewed on: 13th September 2022

Our last dog developed a problem and within two weeks was diagnosed and then put to sleep. We were devastated as he was only 4. Many pets helped us sort out everything, no quibbling over a complicated case and the staff were very caring. Reviewed on: 13th September 2022
