I am very pleased with Many Pets. They were very good when assessing my claim. I was paid in good time and I find them to be true to their word. This is a very professional company that understands the needs of pets and their owners. In my opinion, the price I pay for the level of insurance I want for my dog is very competitive and fair. After a lot of research ManyPets offers the best value. I have been claiming for monthly meds for my dog since February, very quick to pay claimed online in the morning money was in my account the following day. Had to get my young pup to an emergency vet on a Sunday morning.She had subsequent trips to the vet with tests to ascertain what the problem was Applied to Many Pets for help with payment. Spoke to someone directly and passed on my vets details. Was taken care of quickly and efficiently with no quibble. Other tests were taken care of between my vet and the company directly so I was not out of pocket. Easy website to set up policy, from setting cover to arranging direct debit, extra’s can be added like vet box to get wormers and tick delivered and video consultations, all at reasonable price, not made a claim yet ( but hope I never have to?) so far good service monthly message to remind of payments due Reviewed on: 13th September 2022
