Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Good company to go with

Many pets have given us a good service and when we had to claim this was dealt with promptly and efficiently. The only issue I have is that the price goes up by quite a lot each year and we had not claimed and nothing with our dog had changed when the prices increased. I understand prices will go up each year but £120 rise each year seems excessive. Reviewed on: 14th October 2024

Trouble free insurance

Insuring our Labradoodle was trouble free and the options given were broad and very clear. We also have monthly flea treatment with Many pets and look forward to the free samples of dog snacks and treats. Reviewed on: 14th October 2024

You definitely get the service that you pay for...
